Match Sponsor
Invite your best clients or company employees to a night especially set aside for you. By being an evening match sponsor, you assure your company a night that they will remember. This event can be a great team building experience.
You will receive full recognition for your company by hosting one of the competing teams. Your clients or employees will quickly get into the competitive spirit by rooting for your team.
Your company logo will be emblazoned on the scoreboard as well as the team jerseys. Throughout the match, your company name will be mentioned as your player scores goals or strongly defends against your opponent.
You and several of your guests will participate in the final awards ceremony with the handing out of the trophy. This is a photo opportunity that can be included in your company newsletter or other promotions.
You and your company will also be given a half page color or full-page black and white ad in Great Meadow program. This program is handed out at the spring Great Meadow Gold Cup races and each night of Saturday Twilight Polo. Since the program contains free pre-season tickets as well as article on ‘how the game’ is played, we know that the program is kept as a souvenir.
An article about your company will also appear in the evening program "Players" that lists the players and contains the social tell all articles in "Foul and Challenge" that are highly prized as ‘the read’ of the evening.
Your banner will be placed in a prominent place listing you as the match sponsor. Since this banner will be in place for a week, it will not only be seen on Saturday evening, but will also be there for other stadium events.
During the match, in addition to the constant use of your teams name by the play-by-play announcer, you will receive two twenty second public address announcements written by you. These announcements could be advertising in nature, or used to recognize key clients or employees.
You can put your services on display in a cordoned off area behind the announcer’s stand. This centrally located spot is the center of traffic movement before, during, and after the match.
Your company logo will be used during GMPC promotions and released with your permission, during normal club advertising and news articles.
All in all, this will be a memorable occasion for you, your company and guests.
